As a supervisor in my previous job, I have completed multiple tasks and activities, meeting all expectations and targets on time, with detailed technical report as an evidence of my succeeded tasks and activities. Focus on your goal and doing things effectively and efficiently is the best practice I've learned.

I am also trained on how to handle and approach various types of people's personalities. From a challenging, strict, and (sometimes) demanding manager; to an energetic and full of ideas Engineer staff; and also emotional person with learning difficulties. A tendency to be compassionate and cooperative rather than suspicious is the key to a good relationship.

I believe that challenges are present to those who have the strength to handle them and learn from them.
